Use of Service
DomusLogic provides a platform for managing home automation services and appointments. By using this platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your Program Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the DomusLogic website and customer account only. They do not set the price, equipment, scope, installation timeline, cancellation policy, or warranty terms for your specific home automation project. Once your project is scoped with a Project Manager, those details are documented in a separate Program Agreement tied to your individual order. Your Program Agreement governs on any matter specific to your installation, and controls over these Terms if the two conflict.
Cancellations & Refunds
Initial consultation appointments may be rescheduled or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Once your project is scoped and a Program Agreement is issued, its cancellation and refund terms govern any changes to your installation, including deposits tied to custom equipment orders.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with DomusLogic remain the property of DomusLogic and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks, designs, or proprietary systems beyond what is necessary to use the platform as intended.
Limitation of Liability
DomusLogic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which DomusLogic is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The applicable jurisdiction will be confirmed as part of legal review.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
