Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, and details about your home automation system — when you create an account or contact us. Once your project is scoped with a Project Manager, additional project-specific information (such as room layouts, device configurations, and equipment details) is collected to build your installation and is handled under this same policy, alongside the project-specific terms in your Program Agreement.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your account and appointments, and send service-related notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as scheduling, hosting, and payment processing), and only to the extent needed for them to perform those services. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Retention
We retain your account and project information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and hashed credentials to protect your information.
Children's Privacy
DomusLogic is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
